COPYRIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In respect of the TELEFILM / VIDEO specifically created for my clients clients (referred to as Client) as part of the contracted services, I assign to the Client the full title guarantee and all of the copyright and intellectual property rights as well as granting to the Client an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid and royalty-free license, with rights to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicenses, to reproduce, make derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display in any form or medium, whether now known or later developed, make, use, sell, import, export, offer for sale and exercise any and all such rights both locally and worldwide.

With respect to THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - If any third party intellectual property rights are/were used in the video I shall ensure that it has secured all necessary consents and approvals to use such third party intellectual property rights for the Client.
